Final product very nice. Communication is a little strained, so you have to persist and check carefully to make sure the layout is as you want, especially if you have a unique request. But at the end, good product, reliable, fast, decent price, easy to use.

Ruth was absolutely amazing. Everyone has complimented our wedding invitations. She did the calligraphy on the envelopes as well. Everything turned out so well! We had a unique RSVP card, and she worked with us to structure the RSVP card. When the invitation company did not do a good job initially drafting the invitation and the RSVP card, she took the initiative to fix everything so that it would look beautiful. She was very patient as we went through numerous iterations of the RSVP cards and asked her continuous questions. Ruth is just a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone. She is also prompt, which was greatly appreciate when planning a wedding!

She suggested that we feel the different types of paper before choosing one, and we ended up upgrading to a thicker paper (which she had also thought we would like better).
