This was my most expensive vendor for my wedding, and I was ok with that because they were familiar with the location and seemed confident with what they could do. I met with one man throughout the year and went over specific details, and come the wdding day, he wasn't even present. He was busy with other appointments on my wedding day. Everything we had discussed, the centerpieces, my bouquet, the flower girls flowers, the design for the aisle was all WRONG. Big waste of money. When I spoke with the manager, he was not apologetic and excused what they did to me on my special day.
